What is it?
This group is focused on giving you tools so that you can get your head above water and your feet under you.
If you need a life-line and you need it now - this group is for you.
Our hope is at some point you will try one of our traditional groups where we focus on connection and community in addition to teaching, and Foundations serves as a gateway into the traditional support.
Cost is $160, paid monthly for as long as you want to keep your spot in the group.
Limited to 10 women.
What we’ll explore together:
How to take ourselves off the hook so we can protect our energy and heal from trauma.
What it looks like to watch and wait.
How to ask for what we need.
Understanding and navigating our triggers including identifying the feelings, recognizing thought patterns, and working on reframes.
Recognizing his Acting In (The one thing that shows us so much about what is going on in his heart).
Creating an emotionally safe space.
What to expect:
A shared space with other women impacted by betrayal where you will learn foundational concepts, get questions answered, and connect with others on the journey.
Foundations starts again on November 12, 2024, from 9-10am, MST / 11-12pm, EST. The group will meet Nov 12, 19 and 26 and then starting in December we will meet on the first three Tuesdays of each month (from then on out).
This group is taught and hosted by Nicole Shelibat. Other members of the RLW team will come in and teach some of the material as well.
